Being as the main strategy and policy of bank competition, E-banking had deeply influenced the future development of banking. Furthermore, it will also change the product structure, service mode and way of management of Banking. E-banking Realized 3A service system by internet. It brings convenient and speedy services to customers and they can enjoy it anytime, in anywhere and anyway.In 21st century, the banking of China has opened the door to external financial capital. Market competition and pressure of live let the banking managers understand the consciousness sense and awareness of crisis immediately. Especially in 2008, a storm of global economic crisis has swept all over the world. Chinese banks used to earn benefit of rate differences by fanatical expansion and absorbing deposit. This mode can not continue under the new conditions. The new profit growth points will turn to the electric service channels that base on intermediate business. E-banking will be the main service channel of future since it is low costs, high profits, wide marketing influence, convenient and speedy.Huaxia bank is a small shareholding commercial bank. All indexes are center around profit. Considering the intense competition in market, the high profits and low costs E-banking is our inevitable choice. But there are many problems such as inefficiency management, small market share and slow development in Huaxia E-banking caused by lack of invest. To narrow the gap as soon as possible, Huaxia Bank Dalian Branch has developed multiple new EB products and enhanced its internal management since 2007, resulting in an preliminary improvement of its EB performance. However, the business development is still quite far behind other domestic banks. To improve this situation and find the right position for Huaxia Bank, we need to provide scientific theories and operable suggestions for the management, products and services. The thesis elaborates on the basics of EB based on the marketing theories acquired in DUT MBA classes and analyzes the problems in the business & management of Huaxia Bank Dalian Branch and the development status of our bank and other domestic banks before posing a future strategy for Huaxia Bank Dalian Branch, which is different from other commercial banks. And it also proposes the detailed ways of implementation.
