An Empirical Research On Agglomerate Level And Technological Innovation Capability Of High-tech Industry In Zhongguancun Science Park

Since China's reform and opening up,the global financial crisis,such as complex macroscopic environment,the zhongguancun high-tech industrial concentration areas are faced with enormous challenges.High technology industry as the research and development investment,research and development personnel than major industry,is the zhongguancun,is also a priority to the development of key industries in our country.Among them,the zhongguancun science park as the center of concentration areas is a typical high technology industry leader.Zhongguancun in the development of industrial agglomeration,however,there are many problems: lack of original innovation ability leads to lack of core technology,the lack of core technology and will lead to industry lost momentum of economic development,unable to maintain the industry's long-term development.Facing the impact and challenges from the external environment,how to combine local innovation driven differences,exert their own advantages in order to better promote the development of high technology industry become a problem we must pay attention to.Therefore,analysis of the high-tech industry agglomeration effects on technological innovation of zhongguancun technology innovation ability strong significance and policy meaningIn the 30 years of reform and opening up,industrial agglomeration has become the main force of economic development in our country,but in the face of the appreciation of the RMB,as well as the global financial crisis,and many other adverse,under the macro factors of China's Yangtze river delta,bohai rim industries such as concentration areas are faced with enormous challenges.Taking zhongguancun high technology industry as the research object,from the industrial cluster theory and technology innovation theory,combining the current research situation,using the "zhongguancun national innovation demonstration zone" of 2000-2015 statistical data,through the determination of location entropy of high technology industry agglomeration level,and through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to comprehensive evaluation of industry technological innovation ability,and further discusses the influence of technology innovation of industrial agglomeration.Finally come to the conclusion as follows: first,the industrial concentration degree while positive correlation between and technology innovation ability,and is not a simple linear relations,but present a lowered after the first inverted u-shaped relationship.Second,the industry agglomeration in the introduction of enterprise knowledge spillover index,enterprise number of derivative,the worker quality influence on technologyinnovation,according to the three indicators are positively correlated with technical innovation,but the enterprise,there is no significant difference among the number of derivatives.The reasons for this phenomenon is the enterprise is inversely proportional derivative number and the number.Finally,based on the above research conclusion put forward promote high technology industry technology innovation ability of the policy recommendations.
