At present,the ability to innovate is an important indicator for comprehensively judging the development prospects of a company and it is also an important indicator to judge an innovative country.China is in the midst of a wave of innovation,and its ability to innovate is increasingly being valued by enterprises and the country.The ability of technological innovation is the most important factor in the development of a company,especially a technology-based enterprise.As important technology enterprises in China,aerospace enterprises will attach great importance to their own technological innovation capabilities in their daily business development,whether they are decision makers or managers.Based on China's aerospace enterprises,this paper studies the innovation capability evaluation model of its dual-use technology,and conducts practical application research on the model.This paper firstly introduces the two core contents,namely,technological innovation ability and aerospace enterprises,as well as military-civilian dual-use technology,and summarizes its corresponding characteristics.The thesis analyzes the advanced experience,concrete practices,and specific projects in military-civilian dual-use technology innovation among countries in the world.Meanwhile,it also systematically analyzes the current development stage,the development necessity and the advantages and challenges of China's military-civilian integration strategy,and it also studies in detail the current status of China's aerospace enterprise's innovation capabilities.Secondly,this thesis constructs an evaluation index system for military-civilian dual-purpose technology innovation capability of aerospace enterprises,takes the dual-use military-civilian technology innovation capabilities of the listed 10 aerospace companies as examples,and makes an empirical analysis on the actual situation of the technological innovation ability of the military-civilian dual use of the aerospace enterprises by using the fuzzy mathematics method.Finally,the policies and suggestions for improving the technological innovation capability of China's aerospace enterprises in the new era are given.The empirical analysis of the case can be divided into three parts.First of all,this thesis uses Delphi method to screen the index used to judge the innovation abilities of military and civilian dual-use technology of aerospace enterprises.After three rounds of screening,we have finally obtained 26 quantifiable indicators that are closely related to research issues(Chapter 3 of this thesis).Secondly,this thesis uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of the 26 indicators obtained by the Delphi method,and simultaneously calculates the weights of the 5 criteria layers to which the 26 indicators belong,and finally obtains the evaluation model of the technological innovation ability of the military and civilian use of China's space enterprises(chapter 4 of this thesis).Finally,this thesis uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the military and civilian dual-use technological innovation capabilities of the 10 listed aerospace companies selected in the case.Th rough the comparison of the final evaluation scores,the reasons for affecting the technological innovation capability of China's aerospace enterprises are analyzed.
