Industrial agglomeration is the driving force of economic development, To speed up the coastal areas in hebei province takes the lead in developing relations with the future development and modernization, There is a huge role in promoting expanding domestic demand,transformation of development mode and structural adjustment of Hebei province. The development of the coastal area of Hebei province has made some achievements, but compared with the Changjiang Delta and Zhujiang Delta and the overseas development, there is a big gap. Coastal areas of Hebei Province have excellent geographical environment, surround Bohai economic circle, the development and construction has many advantages. Industrial agglomeration is known as the "engine" of economic growth, improve the industry gathering to promote the coordinated development of regional economy along the coast is of great significance.From the reality of hebei coastal area, this paper analyses the importance of industrial concentration on the development of coastal areas in hebei province, the status quo of the coastal area industrial agglomeration in Hebei province respectively from the geographical environment, financing environment, the enterprise factors, structural factors, policy factors are analyzed, and then use the location entropy in the total output value of each industry as the data indicators to analysis the ability of industrial agglomeration of Hebei Province. Using the location quotient to analyze the coastal industrial agglomeration in Hebei Province, is a supplement to the empirical research of the coastal area of Hebei industrial agglomeration ability. Some conclusions are finally drawn to strengthen the ability of gathering the coastal area of Hebei province.
