Industry agglomeration effects appear gradually, and it plays an important role on the economic growth.It gradually aroused the concern of the parties. Our country has set up lots of Economic and Technological Development Zone and Industrial Park, which is trying to promote the development of the regional economy by the industrial agglomeration. In the past Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province were standing on their own point of view, to develop their own advantage industry. In recent years, the trend of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development was strengthened. In the background of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, reasonable industrial division is needed. At the same time, the analysis of industrial agglomeration can provide a reference for the choice of regional advantage industry.Firstly, this paper reviews the results of the research on the industrial agglomeration theory at home and abroad, and then using the location entropy index, in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei angle, we calculate the location entropy index of each industry of Tianjin in 2003-2012 years, and compare it with Beijing and Hebei Province. Then we can find the advantages of Tianjin city in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At the angle of our country, we calculate the location entropy index of each industry of Tianjin again, and compare it with other regions of our country’. Then we can find the advantages of Tianjin city in the nationwide. And then through the transformation of the Cobb Douglas production function model, we establish a new model of economic growth. Then using the new model measure the affection of industry agglomeration of Tianjin to the economic growth of Tianjin. At the same time, the analysis of industrial agglomeration can provide a reference for the choice of their advantage industry by region.From the results, we can find that the oil and gas industry and other 7 industries of Tianjin not only have the obvious superiority in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, but also have obvious advantages in the nationwide. Textile and garment, shoes, hat manufacturing and other 3 industries have obvious advantages in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At the same time, the promotion of the industry agglomeration level also improves the economic output obviously. In the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. integration, the 10 industries is the dominant industry of Tianjin, and should vigorously support the development of these industries.
