| In the new era,culture and tourism are deeply integrated,and the tourism market presents new forms of development.The 24 th winter Olympic Games in 2022 will be held in China,with Beijing and chongli,zhangjiakou,co-hosting the games.Affected by the success of the Olympic bid,the ski tourism industry in chongli has been developing rapidly.Many entrepreneurs and investment groups also take advantage of the strong development of tourism in chongli and increase their investment and development in chongli.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the role of human capital in enterprise management has become more and more prominent.Compensation management is the most sensitive part of human resource management system,which is related to the vital interests of employees and the top priority of human resource management construction.Fulong holding cultural tourism project is the first comprehensive cultural tourism demonstration project invested and developed by fulong holding company.It is also the project with the largest investment scale and the longest investment cycle of fulong group.However,there are some problems in the development of the project,such as the lagging development of the welfare system,insufficient attention to internal compensation,and unreasonable compensation structure,which need to be optimized and improved urgently.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative methods are used to carry out the research,and the research results in the field of compensation management at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed in detail.At the same time,to grasp the text brigade project the particularity of compensation management,from the level of salary system,salary structure,salary,salary pattern four aspects to build the theory model,the design for the project staff salary satisfaction questionnaire,questionnaire results as the basis,summarizes the worship ceremony brigade project compensation management problems,on the basis of the design compensation management improvement plan.The research of this paper enriches the related research results of compensation management,and also provides reference for the improvement of compensation scheme of fulong cultural tourism project and other cultural tourism projects with similar problems.From a broader perspective,this paper can promote the sustainable development of cultural tourism projects in China and contribute to the development of the winter Olympics. |
