Study On The Planning Of Cuiyun Mountain Scenic Area For Four Seasons In Chongli

With the rapid development of world economy and the improvement of people's living standard,The demand for vacation has been increasing which encourages the fast growth of tourist industry.Tourism has not only brought huge profits to all countries in the world,but also provided a large number of local jobs,stimulated the development of the local economy and has made great contribution for the country's revenue.The State Council has put forward that the added value of tourism will account for more than 5% of domestic GDP by 2020.At the same time,many documents like " Opinions on the promotion of tourism reform and development","National Tourism and Vacation Program(2013-2020)" have been published.The implementation of a number of measures show the increased attention to the tourism by the country.Chongli Cuiyun Mountain Scenic area is located in the place where 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games will be held and is rich in snow and ice,but tourism resources of seasons other than winter is not sufficient enough,income only in one season will not sustain the total annual operational costs of the whole area.Cuiyun Mountain Scenic Area can take the advantage of the co-holding of the Olympic Games by Beijing and Zhangjiakou to develop tourism industries suitable for all seasons.This can not only provide industrial support of local urbanization and supplementary assurance of Infrastructure construction of the Olympic Games,but also can improve local ecological environment,employment and fasten the local urbanization.What's more,it creates a complete chain of tourism industry to increase the employment opportunities,and the farmers' income,enriches the people through tourism.It is also a new model of urbanization and rural construction driven by tourism industry.This article introduces the research background,importance,content and methods and analyzes the geographical position,climatic conditions and humanistic environment of Chongli Cuiyun Mountain Scenic Area.Besides,introduces the policy environment,tourism resource and market and other conditions.To establish the long-term strategic development goals of the scenic area and formulate the scenic development strategy,the article has analyzed the external opportunities,risks,internal advantages and disadvantages by using the metheds of literature research,case study,comparative analysis and SWOT.
