Guangxi Wuming Liangjiang Town Luo Yue Culture Tourism Project Research And Development Management

With the rapid social and economic development of our country, people's living standards improve and people travel with higher frequency. Tourism has become a popular way of lifestyle. China entered the ranks of the tourism country. Chinese tourism ushered in the golden period of development.Based on human resources, cultural tourism enables visitors to get a sense of participation and deep cultural connotation of the travel experience. At present, as a new tourism project, culture has many features such as multi-industry association, high integration, widely-ranging, strong radiation. Following the development trend of tourism, cultural tourism is in the innovation and development, showing strong vitality and broad development prospects. Cultural tourism project is the integration of cultural resources and tourism development elements; it is a distinctive tourism projects.Based on the Gangxi Luoyue cultural tourism projects, this thesis analyzed the block elements and potential risk during the management of the project development, using project management theory and method. Combined with the associated cultural tourism project examples, this thesis analyzed the interests of rural aboriginal who are taken as the important project stakeholders, analyzing how to guide them to adapt to the new way of life and to convert into a new career. On this basis, this thesis discussed how to establish a long-term and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism to make that all parties of the project could sharing the interests reasonably. And then a good ecological environment and social cultural environment could be created; the needs of tourists could be better satisfied, realizing the sustainable development of the project. The purpose of this paper is to think about the reasonable measures and specific methods more deeply, and then solve the difficulty in project landing and project sustainable development.
