Quality Management Research Of China Mobile Q Company FTTH Access Network Construction Project

Fiber to home(FTTH)is the ultimate mode of home broadband network development.With the release of the national "broadband China" strategy and the rapid development of Internet technology in recent years,users' demand for improving the speed and quality of home broadband is also increasing.FTTH access network construction project is different from the traditional communication pipeline construction project,from the core network construction to the backbone network construction,and then to the FTTH access network construction,it is the last construction process near the user access,which puts forward higher challenges to the communication management,progress management,and more importantly,quality management and control of the project.In order to carry out the FTTH access network project construction with high efficiency and high quality,this paper takes China Mobile Q company as the research object,analyzes and summarizes how to solve the problems in project quality management,including how to carry out process optimization and quality planning,and through key point analysis and QC activities to carry out quality control,establishes and improves the FTTH access network project of China Mobile Q company Quality control system.The paper puts forward 2 innovations,one is to optimize the PDCA process,to change the single mode into multiple modes,and the two is to carry out project quality management in grid mode.Finally,in order to effectively implement the management measures,the implementation guarantee of FTTH project quality management of China Mobile Q company is formulated.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)in the project construction of FTTH access network,the establishment of project organization and the optimization of project implementation process are important means to carry out project management with high quality,which provide effective guarantee for project communication and quality management.(2)in view of the large volume and high complexity of FTTH project,the quality control system of FTTH access network project is established,and the key points of quality control,including project planning,construction and acceptance,play a decisive role in quality assurance.
