At present China Mobile Jiangsu company apply project-management to develop newproducts, focusing on the demand analysis and functional testing, and outsourcing thedevelopment and production of product to the professional partners. As part of thecollaborative Partner ignoring quality management, there is often project delivery not tomeet the company's requirement, project progress extension and project costs in excess ofthe budget, the project quality management need further strengthened.In this paper, qualitative and quantitative, theoretical and practical, combination ofresearch methods, studied the theory of project quality management, including qualityplanning, quality assurance, quality control, expounded the importance and necessity oftelecommunications operators involved in the project quality management. Against themain issue of China Mobile Jiangsu company's project quality management, the thinkingof project quality management should be changed from "check" to "prevention" and"control", and provided a solution of project quality management, and practiced inintegrated settling system construction projects, and achieved good results. |
