Research On The Improvement Of FTTH Project Management In LD Telecom Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of cloud technology,artificial intelligence,high-definition video application,4G,5G and other networks and computer science and technology,broadband has rapidly evolved from the past M(1Mbps)era to the era of high-capacity,high-speed G(1000Mbps).The common network cable can not meet the needs of the new era,and the optical fiber network can meet the needs of the public because of its high speed and high bandwidth.As a mature broadband access technology of public optical network,FTTH(fiber to home)access has been adopted by many communication operators.In order to seek greater industrial layout,accumulate user groups and ensure the advantages of network leadership,China Telecom has actively deployed FTTH Optical Network promotion work in government enterprises,urban communities and even rural families.However,because some subordinate enterprises pay too much attention to the market scale and coverage speed,and neglect the cost-benefit management and the fine management of the construction process of the optical network engineering investment project,resulting in the over investment and the low efficiency of internal management.Firstly,this paper makes a systematic research on the management status of LD Company's telecommunication optical network construction,and analyzes the main problems existing in the construction schedulemanagement and investment benefit management of FTTH Optical Network Construction Project in the real operation area.Then,combined with the matrix management theory,CPM critical path method,PERT plan review technology and it information construction theory and method in management science,the improvement scheme of FTTH project management of LD telecom company is put forward from the perspective of project organization construction,progress control,planning and design,assessment and formulation.Finally,taking an optical network construction project of a residential area as an example,the paper discusses the specific implementation process of the improvement scheme and the effect comparison with the similar projects using the traditional scheme.The research results of this paper can provide an important reference for LD Company and similar enterprises to shorten the construction period and improve the investment efficiency of FTTH project.
