Research On Fiber To The Home(FTTH) Engineering Project Quality Management Of H Company

As at present,China's new generation of the Internet,cloud computing,big data,IoT,such as the network infrastructure was rapid,broadcast and television network,telecommunication networks,the Internet "integration of three networks" further development.In order to accelerate the construction of broadband network,improve network capacity,serve society,serve the needs of economic development.H company as a new generation of broadcast and television network operators,make full use of their own advantages,to launch a new business model,such as broadband data,more screen interactive,public WIFI,wisdom city,such as new business,the business implementation is inseparable from the large capacity of high speed FTTH access network support.t.In this situation,H company launched the construction of the new FTTH mode construction network in 2015.In this paper the theory of project quality management,development and method as well as the domestic and foreign research present situation has made the review,including the quality,quality management,project,project management,project quality management and project quality management aspects of the concept,characteristics,theory and method.On this basis,build,improve and perfect the existing improvement project quality management plan of H company,especially the key project quality management,project quality planning,quality assurance,quality control activities and processes,at the same time made a statistics and analysis of the project quality.Use of project quality management methods and tools,and through FTTH engineering of H company quality problems in the data collection,summary,classification,sorting,induction,and apply what they have learned the MBA management knowledge and skills,to collect the quality data of the project,the in-depth summary and analysis,focused on the problems,analyze problems,find out the main reason,and make the improvement countermeasures and measures,and further carried out,finally find out the project quality improvement ideas and methods,and make the later after the implementation of the evaluation and application promotion.The research content of this topic has played a certain role in promoting the quality management of FTTH engineering,due to the limitation of my research and work practice,this paper studies and application of project quality management theory,knowledge and methods,focus on the engineering project quality problems make analysis and improvement work,this is only an important part of project quality management work.Later also need combined with engineering practice and theory knowledge of total quality management for further in-depth analysis and research,in order to better improve the quality of the project management level and solve the quality problems in the practice.
