R&D personnel are the key to the survival and development of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.In the enterprise development process,how to effectively play the potential of R&D personnel,is the primary problem of drug production enterprises to implement performance appraisal to solve,but because of the characteristics of research and development,R&D personnel quantitative appraisal is difficult,so the research on R&D results less.Based on this,the thesis adopts the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of the performance appraisal,related theories,and through questionnaire investigation on critf medicine,to collect relevant information,in-depth analysis of R&D personnel performance appraisal situation,find out the existing problems.On this basis,using the Balanced Scorecard and KPI design method,redesign the performance evaluation indicators and evaluation standards of R&D personnel,and make a comprehensive study of the implementation steps and safeguard measures.The purpose of this paper is to provide a valuable reference for improving the performance management of R&D personnel and improving the economic efficiency of Jiang Shi pharmaceutical industry. |
