Study On The Construction And Development Of China-African Economicand Trade Cooperation Zone

In the context of China's economic development into the new normal,the construction of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone has become an important model for Chinese enterprises to "go out" and China's economy to further integrate into the global market.With the support of national policy guidance,the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone has made great progress since 2006,,not only to promote China's"going out" strategy implementation,but also provide Chinese enterprises in the overseas cluster investment a broad platform.Africa is rich in agricultural and mineral resources,the market has great potential,it is one of hot areas in which China's overseas investment.Africa is currently pursuing the process of industrialization and modernization,while China is implementing economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.The development strategy of China and Africa is highly fit,and the cooperation mode has a mutual demand and advantages.It provides a rare history opportunity for the construction of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone.Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation of China investment and trade in Africa,and combs some of the main modes of China investment in Africa in recent years,including the Angolan model,the formation of joint ventures,cooperative enterprises model,green investment model and overseas economic and trade cooperation zone model.On the basis of this data,this paper studies the China-Africa economic and trade cooperation zone from the aspects of construction background,operation mode and mechanism,development status and construction significance.Taking the Lekki Free Trade Zone as an example,analyses construction background,development plan,discusses its development advantages and challenges,and finally put forward suggestions about the development of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation zone from the government and business aspects.In the government,First,we should strengthen the macro-guidance and planning of the cooperation area;Second,to strengthen cooperation with the host government mutually beneficial cooperation mechanism;Third,increase the support of the cooperation zone to promote the domestic park enterprises to go out;Fourth,improve the risk prevention and control system.At the enterprise level,First,enterprises do research and feasibility study work;second,to strengthen the training of transnational talents,the establishment of personnel exchange mechanism.Third,establish a good corporate image,to achieve local management;Fourth,Chinese enterprises to establish and improve the risk of early warning investment in Africa.
