Talent is the source of power for the development of an enterprise.As a bridge between the company and its employees,human resource management has a very important impact on the development of the enterprise.Different human resource management practices have different emphasis.Market-based human resource management practices emphasize the improvement of individual employee performance.Committed human resource management practices focus on improving employee organizational commitment,but no matter what kind of human resource management practice its ultimate goal is all about achieving the strategic goals of the organization.With the development of the times,the human resource management of the company has begun to focus on the happiness experience of employees as well as performance,and then achieve a win-win situation of employee happiness and organizational performance.Therefore,how to improve employee well-being experience has become an important goal of corporate human resource management practice.With the rapid development of market economy,the ever-changing working environment,the ever-increasing competition in the workplace,etc.make the employees extend their working hours and increase their workload in order to alleviate the work pressure,and work addiction has become more and more the normal of people in the workplace.With the increasing turnover rate of employees in recent years,as one of the important influencing factors of employees'behavior and attitude,how to guide employees to establish correct work concept and promote positive employee behavior from the organizational level,improve the working status of employees,and improve the happiness experience of employees has become a common topic of concern for enterprise managers and scholars.At present,the research on the outcome variables of human resource management practice is mainly from the perspective of achieving organizational goals,there is less research on the individual level,and there are not many studies on the mechanism of human resource management practice on employee happiness.Some studies have pointed out that human resource management practices of employees'positive perception can improve job satisfaction,while human resource management practices of negative perception can easily trigger bad attribution processes and cause employee happiness to decline[116].This article explores the differences in the impact of different types of human resource management practices on employee well-being based on employee-perceived human resource management practices.At the same time,it explores the mediating role of work addiction between different HRMPs and employee well-being.Based on a survey of 397 employees,the results show that:?1?Different HRMP have different effects on employee well-being.Committed human resource management practices positively affects employee happiness,market-based human resource management practices negatively affects employee happiness;?2?Both Committed human resource management practices and market-oriented human resource management practices will positively affect employees'work addiction;?3?Work addiction negatively affects employees'life,work,and psychological well-being;?4?The mediating effect of work addiction in the process of commitment human resource management practices on employee well-being and employee's life,work and psychological well-being does not exist,but its indirect effect exists,and its indirect effect is a kind of suppression effect;Work addiction plays a part in mediating the effect of market human resource management practices on employee's work well-being,and plays a full mediating role in the process of market-based human resource management practices influence on employee's life and mental well-being Effect.
