In recent years,with the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,the metro company,as a new industry sector,has gradually emerged in various cities.At present,the subway companies all over the country are state-owned enterprises and operate in the management of state-owned enterprises.Due to the particularity of the subway company's business,the employees of the company need to cover management personnel,technical personnel,operation and operation personnel,maintenance and maintenance personnel,as well as resource management personnel,etc.,so the number of employees of each subway company is large and the staff turnover is strong.In recent years,the number of employees leaving has been on the rise in metro companies all over the country.In this case,it has become a problem that many metro companies must face and solve to reduce the turnover rate of employees and stabilize the talent team of metro companies.In order to reduce the turnover rate of employees in Lanzhou Rail Transit Company,this paper firstly analyzes the research status of the dimission problem at home and abroad by sorting out the relevant theoretical researches on the dimission problem at home and abroad.By analyzing the employee composition and employee dimission of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company,the dimission status of employees in Lanzhou Rail Transit Company is obtained.Through the questionnaire survey of the company's former employees,the reasons for their dimission were analyzed and summarized,and the employees with dimission intention were interviewed to analyze and summarize the factors affecting their dimission.Based on the typical case of employee dimission in Lanzhou Rail Transit Company,this paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons for employee dimission.Through the above investigation and research,the main reasons leading to the staff turnover of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company are summarized.Finally,in view of the factors affecting employeedimission,combining with the status quo of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions and improvement measures to reduce employee turnover rate by applying relevant theoretical knowledge of human resource management.Through the analysis and research of this paper,it is believed that the unreasonable salary and welfare system,imperfect promotion system,unclear career planning and insufficient corporate culture construction of the company lead to the weak cohesion of employees,which are all factors affecting the dimission behavior of employees.Based on the current situation of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company,this paper mainly proposes the following Suggestions and improvement measures to reduce the employee turnover rate :(1)optimize the salary and welfare system of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company and establish a reasonable employee performance appraisal system;(2)improve the staff promotion assessment standards of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company and expand the promotion channels for staff;(3)improve the career planning of employees of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company;(4)strengthen the corporate culture construction of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company,strengthen humanistic care,and enhance the sense of belonging of employees;(5)improve communication channels for employees of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company;(6)it is suggested that Lanzhou Rail Transit Company should carry out spiritual incentive work for employees from various aspects.
