| As a kind of resource,the high mobility of human resource is actually a normal phenomenon from free market,which is an indispensable condition closely related to the rational allocation of resources.The free flow and high mobility of many production factors including human resources,is one of the foundations of the free market economy and an important condition for forming a free competitive market.However,as the subject participating in the market competition,the enterprise itself must,through reasonable management,ensure that it is in a favorable situation.And its fundamental goal is to establish monopoly on superior resources or the market.In this sense,to form and maintain their advantages in China,Japanese enterprises should find out the causes to high employee turnover rate and make certain improvement.This thesis has studied on the high turnover of Shanghai Midori Anzen Trading LTD.,based on theories related to human resources.First,by the analysis of the records of the resigned employee statistics company's human resources management department in recent years,found that the main types of resigned employees are sales staff,and sales staff accounted for the majority of the staff loss,is the main reason for the high turnover rate.The next object,focusing on the sales staff a targeted do questionnaire survey,as a comparison also contact the current sales staff do the same questionnaire investigation,and by two aspects of research results,to find that aspect of enterprise culture,employee motivation and organizational support deficiency is the main cause of high sales staff turnover rate.After analysis of the reasons for the high turnover rate obtained from the survey,the author finally tries to put forward some Suggestions to improve the turnover rate with the sales staff as the target,and to effectively reduce the turnover rate of the company by restraining the turnover of sales staff. |
