For businesses,certain existing employee turnover,but if the employee flow occurs frequently in the enterprise,it will increase the cost of enterprise management;therefore,for the real estate industry,should adopt the means and measures to prevent further loss of employees,in order to promote the sustainable development of the industry,has become an important topic in the real facing the industry.From the point of view of human resource management,this paper aims to explore a set of effective methods to reduce the turnover rate.Therefore,the author in the clear research direction and significance,through the Internet and library platform,reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars study on the employee turnover of real estate enterprises,and finds the matching and the contents of this paper the theory of human resource management,so as to lay a solid foundation for subsequent work.In this paper,LH real estate enterprises as the research object,through the analysis of typical management events,found in the company,there is a widespread phenomenon of employee turnover,and the sense of belonging to the organization is not strong.According to Hertzberg two factor theory,DISC personality theory,expectancy theory,and found that the enterprise exists mainly due to excessive loss of staff problems: the enterprise culture construction is not perfect,occupation planning system is not perfect,superior management style of curing single,lack of effective incentive.Based on this,this paper puts forward the specific measures to resolve the loss of LH real estate staff,which is the important achievement of this paper.The conclusion of the study showed that in order to improve employee retention ability,must be from the enterprise and the staff of their own,pay attention to enterprise culture construction,increase the staff of the LH estate cultural identity and loyalty;training staff,guide the planning through the establishment of a scientific orientation,accelerate the development of clear business objectives of the staff,improving the staff professional can at the same time,to promote the development of enterprises;improve the incentive mechanism,through the creation of home care environment to improve employee loyalty,and establish a scientific and reasonable salary system,in order to attract employees and retain employees,improve the competitiveness of enterprises. |
