In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of social economy,human resources,as the key resource for the survival and development of enterprises,directly affect the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,and also become the key factor for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals.Sales personnel are the core force of business expansion.They should not only feedback market information,but also grasp the resources of the company’s customers,and are the most direct contact with customers.Their work is not only to promote products,but also an important pillar to promote the business expansion of enterprises.In addition,sales people are one of the channels for enterprises to obtain important information,because they maintain close contact with the market and customers.Because they are very sensitive to the needs of the market and customers,they can help enterprises to develop better business strategies.How to better control the loss of employees,how to stabilize the staff team is particularly important.Using HHN company as a model,we study and analyze the resignation reasons of front-line marketing personnel,and derive the improvement measures,Improve the personnel retention rate.Furthermore,a questionnaire based on Price-Muller(2000)model was designed to investigate the departure intention of 126 sales people in HHN enterprises.Based on the interview and questionnaire survey data,the causes of sales staff loss in HHN enterprises are deeply analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to Maslow’s demand hierarchy.This study concluded that the loss of HHN enterprise sales staff is as follows: unreasonable salary system,bonus distribution is fair,lack of systematic career development planning,career prospects,unreasonable training mechanism,work pressure,leadership management style is not appropriate,work environment is relatively monotonous,entertainment mechanism is not perfect,family support is low.Study on loss factors can put forward the countermeasures are: the salary distribution standard,establish a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,differentiation evaluation standard,set up the performance special incentive,improve the business elite development route,increase the opportunity of internal promotion,establish promotion rotation system,improve the degree of training attention,enhance the training work practical,correct understanding and relieve the work pressure,build easy working environment,improve the leadership management ability,improve the relationship between family and work.The research provides an analysis method and solution for the problem of sales staff loss in HHN companies.On the one hand,it can effectively reduce the turnover tendency of sales staff,improve the stability and satisfaction of employees;on the other hand,it provides a reference method for reducing the turnover rate of sales staff in HHN enterprises and improving the talent retention rate. |
