| Based on foreign study of career planning,this study draws lessons from the successful experience of the relevant enterprises,corporate career planning design problems are discussed.Using the case of corporate A,this study analyzed the talent demand problem deeply under the enterprise strategy development and business extension.On the basis of the analysis of the status and existing problems of staff career planning management,this study puts forward a scheme of enterprise staff career planning,focusing on the staff grow up mechanism and channel design,staff qualifications standard system design and qualification certification system design.Specifically including,(1)Design the employees grow-up mechanisms and channels.To design employee career development channels scientifically,and to specify the qualifications for different channel system,clear the company staff training and the demand of growth,reduce talent institutional imbalance,improve the company’s management function of internal recruitment office.(2)Construction of qualification standard system for enterprise employees.Carry out the work and relevant fairs in professional ways.Create high performance of the sum of a series of professional skills and behavior requirements continuously.Determine the qualifications from comprehensive evaluation of the responsibilities and roles,basic conditions,necessary knowledge,abilities,and special contribution.(3)Establish a complete qualification certification system.Qualification certification refers to the make comparison between the basic conditions,actual work ability and the level of channel definition of employees and qualifications standard comparison to evaluate achieved qualification level of employees.Use appropriate combination of institutions,methods and tools to evaluate the basic conditions and core of the applicant’s qualifications(contribution to the performance,quality and ability,and knowledge skills)comprehensively.In addition,this study puts the staff career planning and human resource management together,raises the corresponding supporting system and application solutions.This can offer reference suggestion for the enterprise human resources management practice. |
