Small and medium-sized enterprises dominant is one of the characteristics of the national economy in our country.Because of a late start,small in size,leading to a relatively backward management mode,paternalism backward mode is widely adopted in small and medium-sized enterprise.After China's entry into the WTO,many multinational companies to enter China,small and medium-sized enterprises faces a more open trading environment and a huge challenge.Such problems of employees incentive mechanism exists in many small and medium-sized enterprises as:single and unrealistic incentives,shortage of enterprise culture incentive,the consequences of these problems is high employee turnover rate,lack of work enthusiasm and not fully stimulated work potential,Causing the waste of company resources,high cost of human resources,great threat to the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Like other private small and medium-sized enterprises,B Company Kunming branch is also facing the same problem in the aspect of employee motivation.The purposes of this paper is to analysis and conclude the actual needs and preferred motivating factors of employees of B Company Kunming branch through the investigation and analysis of such current incentive problem as poor employee motivation,high turnover rate and low work efficiency.And then based on the famous incentive theory and excellent incentive research results both at home and abroad,put forward effective solutions that can solve the practical problems of B Company Kunming branch.
