With the rapid development of society,enterprises play an increasingly important role,so enterprises begin to pay more attention to the brain drain.In the process of industrial development,the enterprise has always been the most important responsibility unit,which plays an indispensable key role in promoting the development of civilization.At the same time,it has brought great changes to the improvement of the quality of life,such as the effective improvement of communication,transportation and living conditions.However,the continuous acceleration of industrial development has brought great changes to daily life,and even posed a certain threat to the future development of mankind.Enterprises play a key role in the process of human social progress.Since China successfully applied for and joined the WTO,they have become more and more active in the global market trade activities.Many countries in the world have begun to increase their awareness of the brain drain.Enterprises all over the world are no longer confined to production in terms of competition.Products,services and comprehensive production capacity have risen to the level of retaining talents.This paper summarizes the current situation of talent drain at home and abroad,the concepts of talent drain and the theoretical basis of talent drain.According to the current situation of talent drain in Shenyang Shanmeng Construction Group Company and the impact of talent drain on enterprises,it concludes the current talent drain in Shenyang Shanmeng Construction Group Company.Analysis of internal factors,external factors and personal factors of talents.Finally,according to the analysis results,the Countermeasures of talent drain in Shenyang Shanmeng Construction Group Company are concluded,including establishing a reasonable salary system,establishing a scientific performance management system and establishing an appropriate incentive system under the internal factors of the enterprise;increasing the turnover cost of employees under the external factors of the enterprise,and realizing the enterprise.The innovation of cultural construction and the countermeasures and suggestions of establishing enterprise security system;the countermeasures and suggestions of improving employee’s ability,improving employee’s work autonomy and meeting the needs of employee’s development under personal factors.Through research to reduce the proportion of talent drain in Shenyang Shanmeng Construction Group Company,promote enterprise development and innovation.
