In the wave of globalization of the world economy,competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Enterprises have chosen to combine supply chains around the world to find the suppliers who are most in line with the purchasing interests of enterprises around the world.With the rapid development and popularization of mobile Internet technology,highly market-oriented,information-based enterprise competition makes enterprises have to improve their supply chain management level to meet the needs of the development of the times.In the modern supply chain management system,the management of suppliers is the cornerstone of the enterprise supply chain management system.The continuous improvement of supplier management requirements is based on the real needs of high standards for supply chain management.QY Petrochemical Company is a petrochemical production enterprise based on petroleum refining.In the current development process,it is facing the severe situation of rising downside risks of the global economy and weak market demand.In order to establish competitive advantage in the cruel market competition,we must attach great importance to supplier management as the key method and tool to reduce cost and increase efficiency,integrate limited resources,and promote industrial upgrading.Improve its own market competitiveness in an all-round way and move forward to high-quality development.This paper studies the supplier management of QY Petrochemical Company,mainly by sorting out and introducing the related concepts and theories of supplier management,and expounds and analyzes the present situation of supplier management of QY Petrochemical Company from the aspects of purchasing process,selection index and method,classification management and risk management,and finds out the supplier selection system of QY Petrochemical Company.Some outstanding problems existing in supplier classification management and risk management,combined with the supplier management theory introduced by QY Petrochemical Company and the supplier management practice of QY Petrochemical Company,find out the main causes of the problems.With the help of some case empirical and analysis tools,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions and implementation methods of supplier management,and seeks some concrete methods to improve the supplier management level of QY Petrochemical Company.
