The rapid advancement of economic globalization has made the competition among enterprises more and more fierce.The popularity of technology has made the competition among enterprises more in the competition of products and services,and suppliers are the source of products and services,which controlling the cost,quality and service of products.Between the companies,who have strong supplier reserve resources and a complete supplier management system,who can control key raw materials,have lower costs,obtain better product quality,provide better services,then Can win in the competition.Supplier management can effectively enhance its competitiveness.The level of supplier management directly affects the sales and profits of enterprises.In recent years,more and more companies have realized the importance of supplier management,and began to pay attention to supplier management.Through the management of suppliers,reduce business operating costs,increase sales,and reduce business risks.However,many companies have many problems in supplier management.There is no scientific and modern management concept,management processes and systems are missing,and there are still many misunderstandings in management.These misunderstandings have led companies to go astray in supplier management,resulting in management confusion.The problem of Company A's supplier management is the key problem which the paper want to solve.Company A is a private enterprise engaged in the production and sales of equipment in the semiconductor and solar energy industries.At present,the supplier management system and the management process are not perfect,resulting in the company supplier.Management is chaotic,costs are high,and risks are not effectively controlled.On the basis of summarizing the theory of supplier management,this paper analyzes the status quo of supplier management of company A through field investigation method,finds the problems in supplier management according to the status quo,analyzes the main causes of problems,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Supplier process management,supplier selection evaluation,supplier classification management,supplier risk control,supplier relationship management,and optimization of supplier management of company A,enabling company A supplier management to be effective,scientific.Based on the supplier management theory,This paper studies the supplier management problem of Company A and finds out the problems existing in the existing supplier management of Company A,finds the reasons and proposes corresponding countermeasures.It is also hoped that through the case study of supplier management issues of Company A,it will provide insights for other enterprise supplier management and have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of supplier management theory.
