In recent years,Chinese enterprises have taken up a strong share of the global power market in response to the huge transformation of the global energy consumption structure.Driven by the vigorous development trend of the global energy conservation and emission reduction new energy vehicle industry,China has strategically introduced new energy-related cultivation support policies to promote the expansion of market share of the new energy vehicle market in the world.China has become the largest new energy vehicle market in the world.In recent years,enterprises in the lithium battery industry chain of power vehicles have been in a supply situation in which demand exceeds supply.The upstream and downstream expansion of the supply chain is too fast,and there is a large gap between their own delivery capacity and customer demand.In order to improve market competitiveness and occupy a larger market share,it is particularly important to analyze and study how to reduce costs and increase efficiency from the perspective of supply chain,and formulate a competitive strategy that follows the path of healthy,stable and sustainable development.As an important part of supply chain management,supplier management is particularly important.The research object of this paper is to improve the supplier management level by taking the research on the optimization of supplier management of JCJ company,a subsidiary of GALAXIS.JCJ is positioned as an upstream enterprise of lithium battery for power vehicles.Its main business is to supply automatic logistics equipment for lithium battery production lines.Through analyzing the unqualified acceptance of the project implemented at the customer’s site due to the delayed delivery and unstable quality of the company’s suppliers,we find out the reasons for the problems of JCJ’s supplier management,and find that the supplier lacks Procurement plan,the supplier development process is unreasonable,the supplier selection and evaluation criteria are imperfect,the classification is unreasonable,the evaluation indicators are not clear enough,and the assessment mechanism is not perfect.This paper mainly optimizes the supplier management of JCJ from its Procurement plan,development process,selection and evaluation,scientific and systematic classification,and assessment,and sorts out the ideas and framework of supplier management.The supplier management optimization plan of JCJ has been formulated,and corresponding guarantee measures have been provided to support the effective implementation of the supplier management optimization plan.Through the implementation of the corresponding theory and practice of the optimization scheme of supplier management,the optimization has achieved certain improvement results.This paper has a direct guiding role in the optimization of JCJ’s supplier management,and provides a powerful reference for the supplier management programs of similar enterprises. |
