The medical device belongs to new and high-tech industry,which is involving equipment,machinery,electrical,plastics and many other industries.The manufacturing process is complex,which is difficult to enter.It is one of the symbols of the top level of high-tech.At present,it is also an industry that China focus on supporting and cultivating.At the same time,the medical device industry is also a high-tech industry with cross specialty,talents intensive and capital intensive.In recently years,the change speed of the medical device industry has greatly exceeded expectations.From the proposal and the implementation of the two-ticket system for consumables,to the cancellation of all price bonuses for medical consumables,and the further reduction of supply chain links,the degree of the de-intermediation is faster than expected.Driven by relevant policies,the concentration of the medical device industry is expected to further improve.Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises will still face obvious survival pressure.Yang Lehui Orthopaedics Co.Ltd.,is a manufacturing and sales company specializing in the production of high-quality surgical implants such as hip and knee and supporting surgical devices in the field of domestic artificial joint production.There are many aspects in the supplier management of Yang Lehui Orthopaedics Co.Ltd.that need to be improved and optimized.There are a series of problems in three areas,i.e.supplier sourcing and selection,supplier change notification management,and supplier risk plan management.The main factors causing the above problems are organizational processes are imperfect,improper use of technical methods,unclear rights and responsibilities among departments,and imperfect management system.The supplier management of Yang Lehui Orthopaedics Co.Ltd.needs to be improved in time in order to adopt to the development of rhythm society and industry in the new era and win competitive advantage.When implementing the optimization scheme design,we should follow three basic principles: namely effectiveness,enforceability and continuity.To achieve effectiveness,we should give corresponding measures for the root causes of the problems.At the same time,when selecting measures,we should fully consider the limitations of the company’s objective conditions.The selected measures should be landing and executables.Only in this way we can obtain enforceability;the principle of continuity requires that the actual conditions of the company in the past and the demand for future market development trends be fully taken into account when making plans,so as to realize “undertaking the past and leading the future”.Aiming at the three key problems of supplier management,namely management system mechanism,organizational process and technical method,the improvement scheme is to continuously improve and optimize the management system mechanism,organizational process and innovative technical method.Enterprises that implement supplier management improvement cannot survive independently from the social and economic system,and the implementation of improvement measures also needs the guarantee of internal and external social environmental resources.Internally,there must be talents and reserves for each professional module of supplier management,the there must be a solid financial foundation as a guarantee;externally,there should be available advanced technologies and facilities,as well as support for the ability improvement of suppliers.Only with guarantee of internal and external resources can the supplier management scheme be successfully implemented and the expected benefits be achieved according to the established objectives.The supplier management of Yang Lehui Orthopaedics Co.Ltd.needs to take all-round guarantee measures from the aspects of process,technology and system,and implement the comprehensive supplier management mode with the integration of the whole process as the core,so as to realize the all-round upgrading of production and operation modules,and realize the sustainable development and growth under the new industrial development background.
