| With the advance in internet technology,traditional insurance companies have a great demand for employees with high-tech skills.Because insurance companies are typically knowledge-,technology-and intelligence-intensive,the level of employees in the company become a critical factor for the company development,and the management level also directly impacts its profits.Therefore,insurance companies compete for the employees.Therefore,it is a major challenge for an issuance company on how to motivate and exert their potential and creativity of their employees.Dadi Property Insurance Co.,Ltd.Wenzhou Branch(formerly Wenzhou Central Branch)was established in November 2004.Although the company is increasingly growing,it also suffers from a series of problems.For example,the company still operates in an old fashion.Compared with newly developed companies empowered with internet technology,Dadi Property Insurance Company has many limitations,including a low level of project service and internal management,which make a significant loss of their employee.With further development in technology,the problem will become even more pronounced.Moreover,the employees cannot keep up with the demands of the market,especially for those people whose expertise in investment,actuarial,underwriting,and claims and those who understand the international insurance market and regulations.Besides,the management strategy is too simplified,and the current employee incentive strategy cannot promote their motivation and creativity.The lack of a comprehensive promotion system and talent selection approach produces a series of problems,which further limit the development of the company.In the process of optimizing and designing the employee incentive mechanism scheme of Wenzhou Branch of Dadi insurance,this paper uses the relevant theories and analysis methods of human resource management,psychology,organizational behavior and so on to carry out a questionnaire survey on the employees in the process of employee incentive by drawing lessons from and absorbing the works and research results of relevant incentive mechanism theories at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of the company The existing incentive mechanism of Wenzhou Branch of Dadi insurance company has been optimized by making scientific compensation and welfare mechanism,improving performance appraisal mechanism,improving employee training system,building corporate culture,strengthening employee communication and other innovative measures.I hope that through the optimization of the company’s employee incentive mechanism research can provide guidance and reference for the insurance industry to develop employee incentive mechanism and program. |
