Recently,backed with related policies and incremental development both in community and economy sectors,Chinese insurance industry is boom ever,the importance of human resources has increasingly been strengthened due to the heated competition within the insurance industry.The key and difficult points are centered on the concept and approaches of modern human resources management.Moreover,motivating and optimizing the human capital is of necessity when it comes to the modern enterprises management.Motivation,the significant part of human resources in enterprise management,has shed the lights of enhancing work efficiency,initiatives as well as fully realizing the potential of staffs.This paper,based on the motivating mechanism in the Hunan branch of Aviva Life Insurance Company,applies Maslow’s Needs-Hierarchy Theory,Psychological Contract Theory,Humanity Assumption Theory and other theories and methods as its main research basis.It draws on the lessons from some related ideas in human resources management system and performance management system,which is analyzed by the combination of qualitative and quantitative and the combination of theory with practice.In this paper,it processes from the current situation of staff motivating mechanism in Aviva Life Hunan Branch,which aims to analyze the problems in this process,putting forward some concrete proposals of optimizing the material motivating,spiritual motivating,work motivating and staff restraint and exit mechanism of the company,so as to urge the company to optimize the motivating mechanism actively.To some degree,these effective solutions will ensure the realization of the company’s overall goals and improve the company’s core competitiveness so as to make the company adapting the changes in internal and external environment better.This paper explores staff motivating mechanism of Hunan Branch of Aviva Life Insurance Company,which points out the problems as well as the complementary ideas of perfecting the mechanism.Hence,the studies play the pivotal role in supporting the company to have a sustainable and productive development.It also can be referenced as the guidance to the counterparts in insurance company.
