With the gradual deepening of China's market-oriented degree and the continuous expansion of banking opening to the outside world,the banking competition environment is getting worse and worse,and the level of competition is escalating.By the end of 2019,there were more than 4,000 legal person institutions in China's banking industry.Small and medium-sized financial institutions such as private banks will continue to emerge,and various financial and non-financial institutions will enter the banking business one after another.Coupled with the serious impact of Internet finance,the financing and payment of funds are increasingly carried out through the non-bank system,the proportion of direct financing in society is also gradually increasing,and the pace of channel disintermediation and financing disintermediation is gradually increasing,banks are less important in the financial system.The implementation of the deposit insurance regulation also means that the country will no longer endorse the risk of the bank,the bank can also make money to lie down the end of the era,is now facing a huge challenge of survival and development.The competition of banking industry has changed from the competition of physical capital to that of human capital.As a large state-owned joint-stock bank,the Bank of China C Branch has many branches and a large number of personnel.If it wants to be invincible in the fierce competition,it must attach importance to human resources management,as an important part of human resource management,incentive mechanism plays an indispensable role.Reasonable and effective incentive mechanism can make employees have less negative energy,low wastage rate,high enthusiasm,and give full play to the spirit of ownership,urges The broad masses of staff in the realization development goal process,enhances own quality unceasingly,realizes own value.At present,the incentive mechanism of Bank of China C branch is not perfect,and the incentive effect to the grass-roots staff is not ideal.In recent years,the staff resigns the rate to be high,the satisfaction reduces unceasingly,formulates a set of reasonable incentive mechanism plan to be imminent.This paper studies the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the Bank ofChina C Branch,finds out the existing problems,and makes an in-depth analysis.On the basis of a comprehensive summary of the existing mechanism of the Bank of China C branch and combining with the theoretical basis of the incentive mechanism,the influencing factors of incentive mechanism are analyzed by various research methods,and the optimized scheme is put forward.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction part,mainly on the background and significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign scholars on the incentive mechanism and research ideas and content;The second part explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of the incentive mechanism,the third part describes the current situation of the staff incentive mechanism of the Bank of China,C Branch,and the fourth part analyzes the problems of the staff incentive mechanism of the Bank of China,C branch The fifth part combines the actual situation and the related theory to propose the Bank of China C Branch grass-roots staff motivation mechanism optimization mentality,the final design reasonable effective optimization plan;Sum Up the deficiencies in the research process.
