Research On The Influence Of Dahua's Financial Sharing Model On Business Ability And Performance

With the continuous development of the number and scale of large-scale enterprise groups,the financial sharing service mode is gradually emerging.However,compared with foreign enterprises,the research and construction time of Financial Sharing Center of Chinese listed companies is still short,and the exploration is not deep enough.For the operation and management of enterprises,in order to effectively realize the strategic transformation and upgrading of the group company,the construction level of the Financial Sharing Center of China group company needs to be further improved,so as to meet the financial management ability required by the operation and development of the group company,and make more contributions to the enterprise value creation.In the vigorous development of the enterprise,Dahua shares has carried out the transformation of financial management mode in time,and successfully built a unique and effective financial sharing mode.In this paper,Dahua stock is selected as the research case,using the method of case analysis,combined with the relevant theories of Financial Sharing Center and performance appraisal,to study the financial sharing service mode of listed companies.In this paper,first of all,the ecological model of Dahua Financial Sharing Center is analyzed,and the business performance under this model is compared.At the same time,the evaluation system of Financial Sharing Center is established by combining the Balanced Scorecard and AHP,and the corresponding weight proportion is obtained through the analysis of the importance of the evaluation index,and the performance evaluation model is constructed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the financial sharing service mode of Dahua Company are analyzed and verified through the model,so as to provide practical services for the future construction and management of the sharing service center references.
