Study On Financial Shared Service Management Mode Of Enterprise Groups Based On Information Technology

The emergence of Shared Service of Finance and Accounting influenced the whole financial industry. Two years ago, there is hardly any conception of SSC in our country. Today, many companies bring Shared Service into effect on their own initiative after saw the advanced experience of western developed countries, Such as ZTE, China Mobile, Haier Group, etc. These pioneers not only created wealth for our country, but also carried out advanced management concepts and methods actively. The Shared Service of Finance and Accounting has become one kind of crucial management practice for enterprises to improve their competitiveness and strive for competitive advantages, because it brings the enhancing of control capabilities to the company. It also brings the reduction of cost and the improving of service.This paper first defined the conception of Shared Service of Finance and Accounting by means of theoretical analysis. Then the paper described the development and characteristics of SSC and the suitability and feasibility was analyzed further. After that, the paper summarized the advantages of Shared Service Model such as the reduction of cost, the improvement of service and efficiency, the enhanced control and the liquidity of information. On this basis, the article analyzed these parts from details such as assessment, design, building, deployment and operation. Then, the paper clarified the basic processes and goals of each part, described the framework and implementation steps of SSC, and verified the feasibility and operability for the construction of Shared Services Centre. In order to imply the SSC model smoothly and avoid the problems which are easier emerge in the process of SSC, we must ensure adequate pre-feasibility analysis, suitable support staff, advanced information technology and measured pace of reformation. In chapter four of this paper, advanced cases of SSC were given to demonstrate the advantages of cost and services. From the theoretical and practical aspects, this paper verified the feasibility and necessity of the construction of Shared Services.
