Research On The Performance Evalution Of Construction Enterprises Under The Mode Of Financial Shared Service

Economic globalization has led to the increase in the size and number of the enterprises.Operation and expansion of the size of the organization requires business leaders have a more professional management and governance capacity,financial officers have more work constraints.Strengthen the circulation and management of funds,improve financial management and control is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.More and more domestic and foreign business executives to pursue the science and technology innovation in financial.With the development of science and technology innovation and the further research of experts and scholars,financial shared services model arises at the historic moment.This model will integerate the finance a information and net work,and realize the centralization of the financial information,procedural and standardized.Accordingly,the use of financial shared services model for enterprise performance evaluation,which will help achieve financial goals,and financial sharing model has practical significance in a wide range of enterprise applications.Implementation of enterprise performance evaluation,which it is possible for the operation and management of business cycles within the effective control and planning,while sharing center for establishing financial fair job performance results of the evaluation results.And it also can reduce the financial costs,operating expenses and resource consumption effectively.This is also an important way to strengthen the management of professional and meticulous management.To evaluate the performance of the enterprise under the mode of Financial Shared Service,based on the China railway bureau 17 companies as the research object,using the balanced scorecard,case analysis and questionnaire survey research method carries on the empirical analysis,provide the experience of reference for the follow-up company performance evaluation.This paper consists of six parts.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research on the financial sharing service model,the main research methods and the basic framework of the thesis,which is the basic theory part.The second chapter is about the financial shared service mode and the theory of enterprise performance management.Mainly from the two aspects of the financial sharing service model and enterprise performance,as well as the contact between the two aspects.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems and causes of enterprise performance management under the mode of Financial Sharing in our country,and it is related with the improvement measures in the next chapter.The forth chapter CRCC as the example,analyzed the performance of corporate financial shared service mode.Using the balanced score card to determine evaluation dimensions of evaluation indexes,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)gives index weight to analyze the performance.And points out the problems existing in the financial Shared services model ZhongTieJian and aspects should be paid attention to,which will provide reference for the wide use of the financial sharing service mode in the future.In the fifth chapter,we put forward the measures to strengthen the performance management in our country.Putting forward a clear performance management goal,perfecting the performance appraisal system and the implementation of performance management responsibility,optimization of existing system function,process and enhance communication measures to perfect the information system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Summarize the paper,and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
