With the continuous advancement of new rural construction and the vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,agricultural and rural areas have developed well.As one of the main players of the new type of agricultural management,the farmer specialized cooperatives have played an important role in promoting rural economic construction,optimizing the agricultural industrial structure,and increasing farmers' income.From the perspective of development trends,farmer specialized cooperatives are gradually changing from a low-level quantitative growth stage to a high-quality development stage.However,in the process of development,its organizational advantages and functions of economic mutual assistance have not been effectively exerted.The uneven distribution of internal benefits has resulted in insufficient enthusiasm and degree of members 'participation in cooperation,resulting in weak cooperatives' ability to resist external problems and risks.This has become a prominent problem that has long plagued the development of cooperatives.The ultimate result to be achieved by all human economic activities is to obtain economic benefits.As a cooperative economic organization of voluntary union and democratic management,farmer specialized cooperatives can help farmers increase their own income and maximize their benefits.This is also the intrinsic motivation and goal of cooperative development.In reality,ordinary members are full of rationality.In pursuit of maximizing their own interests,opportunistic behaviors will inevitably occur,causing cooperation efficiency and time loss.Based on the actual situation of the development of professional farmer cooperatives in China,this study uses property rights theory,income distribution theory,principalagent theory,and human capital theory to take property rights arrangement,public accumulation system,and distribution system as relevant variables to characterize earnings distribution structure.At the same time,this paper introduces the entrepreneurial talents that should be reflected in earnings distribution as a new research variable,and builds a model of cooperative earnings distribution structure and performance relationship.Through the questionnaire survey and structure equation model,the influence path of earnings distribution structure on cooperative performance was sorted out.The research results are as follows:(1)Using the factor analysis method to measure the performance of cooperatives,it is found that in the dimension of cooperative performance evaluation based on the perspective of members,a higher evaluation is given to the organization level,while the performance evaluation of income increase involving the member level is relatively low.This shows that on the one hand members have a conservative evaluation when facing the problem of income growth,and on the other hand that although the overall development level of the cooperative is acceptable,due to the heterogeneity of members,the contribution to the personal income growth of members is limited;(2)The cooperative property rights arrangement is positively affecting the cooperative's public accumulation system and distribution system;(3)The cooperative property rights arrangement directly affects organizational performance,and indirectly affects organizational performance by affecting the distribution system;(4)Cooperative distribution system and entrepreneurial talent are positively affecting organizational performance;(5)The impact of cooperative public accumulation system on organizational performance is not significant.From the perspective of earnings distribution structure,this paper proposes to help improve the organizational performance of farmers' professional cooperatives by constructing a property rights system with producer members as the main body,a fair and efficient public accumulation system,a reasonable distribution system,and improving entrepreneur governance.
