Integration And Dilemma:a Study Of Farmer Specialized Cooperative In The Context Of New Agriculture

Since the law of the People's Republic of China on farmer specialized cooperative has been implemented for 10 years,the development of farmer specialized cooperative in China has reached 1933,000,and the farmer specialized cooperative has become important new agricultural business entities.Since the reform and opening up,China's agricultural modernization process has been advancing constantly,and there has been great innovation in both the agricultural operation subject and the agricultural operation mode.On the one hand,as a new type of agricultural management main body,farmer specialized cooperative organize the dispersed farmers to better respond to changing market,on the other hand,the contradiction of the “more people and less land” of China and the present situation of the influx of farmers to the cities promoted the transformation of rural production and operation mode,which called the “new agriculture”,which is funded by the capital,technology and labor of the unit land.The rapid growth of the number of farmer specialized cooperative and the vastness of the geographical area of farmer specialized cooperative shows its universality,and the fact that peasants join cooperative is so universal that there is an inherent inevitability.The agricultural cooperative movement in the 1950 s changed the rural production data ownership,and established cooperatives based on the voluntary mutual benefit of farmers.During the people's commune movement in the 1960 s and 1980 s,"Anti-cooperative" behaviors such as low efficiency,lazy work and Conceal have brought people the impression of inefficiency of the cooperative,people once suspected the existential meaning of cooperative.So,in the current context,there must be some reasons and existential meaning for the cooperative to regain its vitality.This paper selects J fruit and vegetable farmer specialized cooperative in Hebei province which using “new agriculture” of facility agriculture.Cooperatives are brought up from the bottom up by the country hotshot,and the cooperative combines new type of agricultural management entity and new type of agricultural operation.Sociological institutionalism focuses on the relationship between organization and environment through institutional perspective.This paper analyzes the creation and development of the cooperative from the perspective of sociological institutionalism,focuses on the integration and dilemma of the specialized cooperative.The J fruit and vegetable specialized cooperative is set up by various factors.As for farmers,joining cooperative is not simply to improve productivity.Apart from technical background,the institutional background is more important.The development of cooperative has made it more recognized by the government and the market,which enhanced the legitimacy of cooperative to a certain extent,and effectively promoted the resource association of cooperatives.At the same time,informal institutions play a very important role in the development and dilemma of cooperative.In short,although the cooperative has many defects due to its maturity,it is still possible to make some inferences about the institutional background and realistic significance of the existence of farmer specialized cooperative through the analysis of the micro-description of the cooperative.The establishment of the household contract responsibility system,the maintenance of the social relations of rural acquaintances,the advancement of agricultural modernization,the promotion of government and the role of the market,etc.,are the background of farmer specialized cooperative.On the whole,farmer specialized cooperative is still of great realistic significance in the current context.Cooperative can be used as training class for new farmers,it can also be important social organizations in rural governance.The development of cooperative is uneven and there are many ways to promote the development of cooperatives.
