Research On The Organizational Pattern And It's Evolution Of Farmer' Specialized Cooperative With "The Internet Plus"

Farmers' Specialized Cooperative(hereinafter referred to as FSC)is the new rural cooperative economic organization which is an extremely important part of rural economic and social life,it has the attribute of the enterprise,but not identical,known as the new engine of the rural economic development,and it will play a positive role in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy."The Internet Plus FSC" is an important type of "The Internet Plus Agriculture".This paper taked the research of the organization pattern and it's evolution of FSC as the breakthrough point,by using value chain analysis method and method of comparative analysis,carried on the coupling research of "The Internet Plus" and FSC to a certain extent.Deconstructed the value chain of FSC organization under "The Internet Plus",discussed the evolution direction of the organization pattern of FSC influenced by "The Internet Plus",and FSC value-added hierarchy model with "The Internet Plus" was constructed.The main research results were as following:1)Through the analysis of the industry value chain of FSC and agricultural product circulation value chain,the position and role of FSC in the industry value chain was determined.Under the position in the industry value chain,the three organizational modes of"government department","enterprise leading" and "capable person driving" all played the role of intermediary bridge,and improved the status of cooperative in different stages,also maked cooperatives closer to the market,promoted cooperative income.Therefore their formation was inevitable and reflected the guiding role of the industry value chain positioning to the formation of organizational model.The industry value chain of FSC positioning can guide the formation of its organizational model.2)FSC used to concentrate on the value distribution,achieve profitability and increase farmers' income by improving the market position and extending the industrial chain.For a long time,FSC has been depending on traditional production factors,such as labor,material resources,and so on.But material resources rareness and the cost factors were the important restrictive conditions for the development of FSC.The new production factors,such as Internet innovation and information resources,weakened the dependence of FSC on traditional production factors.Their advanced nature,richness and ease of access enabled FSC to optimize cost structure and promote value creation.Through the impact and transformation of " The Internet Plus " to it's value chain system,FSC had become an important position of value creation in agricultural industry,and an important market entity that drives farmers to create value and interact with customers.With the development trend of the industry value chain and the change of it's industrial orientation,FSC would concentrate on value migration and value interaction to achieve value creation,while it's organizational pattern showing a growing trend towards fore-and-aft unifinication,horizontal joint,virtual management and investment-production-consumption integration accordingly.3)Analytic hierarchy process could be used for comparison of organizational patterns of FSC,with value added of FSC themselves as the general goal and a number of factors,including the policy environment an so on as the criterion layer factors.
