Zhucheng Yutai knitting limited company is a wholly-owned Hongkong enterprise integrating weaving,printing and sewing.The company was established in October 2000,with a total investment of 1 million 800 thousand US dollars.The company has more than 900 employees,including 670 female workers,accounting for 75% of the total employees.Since the implementation of the comprehensive two child policy in January 1,2016,the company clearly felt that the former resignation management had not been in line with the company's current reality.Taking the turnover rate as an example,in 2015,a total of 83 employees left out of the company(including 57 employees leaving the workforce),and the total turnover rate of female employees was 5.2%.(Note: in 2015,no special layoffs such as layoffs will affect the turnover rate.After the implementation of the comprehensive two child policy in 2016,the turnover rate of female employees was 8.3%,and the turnover rate of female employees in 2017 was 10.7%.The turnover rate is rising and the risk of female employee turnover is increasing.It has become the biggest predicament and challenge faced by Zhucheng Yutai knitting company under the new fertility policy.Related theories based on human resource management and the analysis of the current situation of Zhucheng Yutai Knitting limited company,this paper focuses on the current situation of the company's turnover management,the influence of the two child policy on the turnover rate under the policy of the total two child policy,the influence of the total two child policy on the new recruit and the reserve women employees.The research has been carried out.It is concluded that after the implementation of the comprehensive two child policy,the turnover rate of the female employees is increasing year by year.It shows that the new birth policy has a certain impact on the turnover of female employees.On the basis of the research conclusions,it is suggested that Zhucheng Yutai Knitting limited company.should improve the enterprise's own system and adjust the mental state of the female staff in two generosity.On the other hand,by improving women's pregnancy,maternity,breast-feeding period,setting up a more reasonable promotion channel,implementing a positive talent reserve plan,strengthening the loyalty of women employees,improving the career planning of women workers,and enhancing the professional identity of women workers,it can effectively reduce the cost and maximize the human cost of the enterprise.We should make good use of the existing human capital of enterprises to provide win-win ideas for enterprises and talents,and also provide reference for similar textile enterprises in China.
