| The ageing of the population in Fuzhou continues to deepen,and the population aging trend in rural areas is more serious.In order to cope with the aging,Fuzhou government has gradually established home care service centers in every community and village(residence)in the city in recent years to fill the gap in social care needs that can not be met by family-centered home care.Cangshan District is located on Nantai Island,Fuzhou City.It currently has 5 towns and 102 village committees under its jurisdiction.The rural area is vast.This article takes multidimensional welfare as the theoretical support,starting from the six welfare dimensions of health,education,supporting facilities,social interaction,cultural activities,and psychology,using questionnaire survey,literature analysis,and statistical analysis to pass the analysis of the elderly in Cangshan District of Fuzhou City.Individual,family,and economic conditions,as well as the demand for services in the six areas of health,education,supporting facilities,social interaction,cultural activities,and psychology,using the ordered probit model for rural home-based care services in Cangshan District,Fuzhou Correlation analysis of the demand situation to explore the factors that affect the demand for rural home care services.It isconcluded that the home-based care services most needed by the elderly in rural areas in Cangshan District are health services.The heterogeneity in the individual,family and economic status of the old people will affect the demand for home-based care services in varying degrees.According to the individualized needs of the elderly in rural areas in Cangshan District for home-based care services,it is proposed to build a diversified,comprehensive and multi-layered model of rural home-basad care services system in Cangshan District. |
