Research On The Involvement Of Property Service Enterises In Commutnity Home Care

Aiming at the practical problems of China's aging population situation is grim,people choose for the elderly pension is more and more,the traditional family pension has been overwhelmed,and the elderly pension institutions because of the lack of a familiar environment is not easy to accept for elderly,under this background,with low cost,old-age home,has the human characteristics of the community home care mode is becoming the consensus,loved by the elderly.However,we also noticed that there are many problems to be solved in the process of community home care services: for the elderly,the level of service supply needs to be improved,the sources of funds need to be broadened,and the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate should be improved.Therefore,if we can help the property service enterprises closest to the community residents and the closest location,we will undoubtedly become a great step forward in the field of the pension service in our country by using the accumulated market experience during the more than 20 years development process.Starting from the analysis of the current situation and shortcomings of community home care service,this paper proposes that property service intervention in community home care is beneficial to alleviate the shortfall of manpower,improve service level and improve operation efficiency.Through the comparative analysis of four typical models of the property services companies have been involved in community endowment,further elaborated the feasibility of property service enterprises in community endowment service,obstacles and the realty service involved in community home care are analyzed,pointing out that there is a deviation between the formulation and implementation of government support policies,the property service enterprise its limitation and the enthusiasm of the elderly is also involved in other issues need to be improved.Therefore,the paper puts forward the construction of the "three in one home care service platform" demonstration point,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the perspective of government,property service enterprises and aging population respectively.
