The "peasant-to-residential" community is a new type of community that emerges in the process of accelerating urbanization and the gradual transformation of rural areas into cities.Under the background of the family planning policy,my country's family population has a 421 structure,and the degree of aging is increasing.The function of the traditional family pension model has gradually weakened,and the institutional pension model is not perfect,so that the home pension service model has gradually become an accepted pension model.Therefore,the "farmer-to-house" community pension problem has become a concern in urban construction in the new era of my country's urbanization process.the key of.This research is proposed under the background of the urbanization process,the continuous emergence of"farmer-to-residential" communities,the gradual aging of the population,the weakening of traditional family care functions,the imperfection of institutional care,and the gradual rise of home care services.How to intervene in social work for the elderly in the"farmer-to-house" community,and to improve the quality of home-based care services in the "farmer-to-house" community is an important topic of this research.Guided by the theory of energy enhancement and social support,this research selects the elderly in X "farmer-to-house" community as the research object,and through a survey of the elderly and community staff in X "farm-to-house" community Interviews and on-the-spot verification were conducted to analyze the elderly care problems and needs of home-based elderly care services in X "farmer-to-house"communities,and it was concluded that in terms of life care for the elderly in X "farm-to-house" communities,there were elderly people with insufficient daily care ability and insufficient social support.;In terms of health care,there is a lack of awareness and ability of health care;in terms of making friends and interaction,there are less exchanges with other people,narrow social circles,and lack of peer support;in terms of spiritual culture and entertainment,there are fewer recreational activities and community integration.Poor and low sense of community belonging.The author provides the elderly with daily care and social support through the use of case work methods,group work methods and community work methods in terms of daily care and social support;in the aspect of health care,the awareness and ability of the elderly to maintain health care;,expand the social circle of the elderly,and improve the happiness of the elderly;in terms of spiritual culture and entertainment,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly to enhance the integration and belonging of the elderly in the X "farmer-to-residence"community to the community.Through the evaluation of the effectiveness of social work practice intervention,it is found that under the guidance of social support theory,the improvement of life care for the elderly through individual case assistance is obvious.Long-term;under the guidance of the theory of energy enhancement,through group work practice and community work practice,the awareness and ability of the elderly to maintain health have been improved,the spiritual entertainment life of the elderly has been satisfied,the interpersonal communication of the elderly has been broadened,and more peers have been known,enabling the elderly to Participation in community activities is improved,integration into the community and a sense of belonging to the community are enhanced.However,there is no medical rehabilitation involved for the elderly in the X "farmer-to-residence" community,and more resources need to be combined to achieve this service.
