The work of land space planning cannot be carried out without the support of relevant basic data.Due to different basic data acquisition methods,data standards and use directions,inconsistency exists in the mathematical basis,data format,coordinate system and other aspects among the data.The existence of inconsistencies reduces the connection,interaction and mining between data and hinders the smooth development of land space planning.Consistent processing of basic data can ensure that the basic data meet the requirements of consistent coordinates,consistent boundaries and penetrating from top to bottom,thus providing technical support and data basis for territorial space planning.Aiming at the problems of inconsistent geometric positions,inconsistent element relationships and inconsistent attribute characteristics of basic data of land space planning,this study proposed the technical process of consistent processing of basic data with the support of the powerful spatial and data processing function of ArcGIS software.(1)Inconsistency of geometric positions.Four-parameter coordinate transformation software is developed to realize coordinate transformation of vector or raster data,which can quickly convert basic data to target coordinate system,operate simply and can convert in batches.By ArcGIS software to realize geometry precision correction and precision assessment,the plains,hills,mountain area with three different terrain affine transformation,similarity transformation,projective transformation geometry correcting,to correct the error of point,line azimuth relative error and length error,the planar element area of relative error of accuracy is evaluated.(2)Inconsistent treatment of element relationship and attribute characteristics.The topological inspection method commonly used in practical work is used to find the areas where the relation of elements is inconsistent,and the consistency processing of the relation of elements is realized by modifying the minor feature elements in a small scope or shifting them according to the image.By constructing the conversion relation table of attribute characteristics and the data to be converted,the link operation of the conversion relation table is completed,and the accurate connection of the attribute relation between two different attribute data is realized.On the one hand,the data collected by different departments can provide accurate basic data for the land space planning and make the basic data correlate and verify each other in geometric positions and attributes.On the other hand,it can eliminate or reduce the inconsistency among data,promote the sharing of data among different departments,and further expand the application scope of data.
