A Study On Employee's Online Behavior For Exploration And Production Company Based On Big Data Analysis

With the application of the Petro China Exploration and Production Company in recent years,there are more and more log data generated by the employees of the company.Under the background of the current development and application of big data,how to analyze the potential information from the massive data,and then adjust the layout of portal pages and news columns to achieve accurate information services,becomes an urgent issue for PetroChina Exploration and Production Company.According to the business requirement from PetroChina Exploration & Production Company,this dissertation studies and implements an online behavior analysis system for employees of PetroChina Exploration and Production Company based on big data analysis.Firstly completing the demand analysis of the employee's online behavior analysis system according to the analysis method and the online characteristics of the employees of PetroChina Exploration and Production Company.Then the portal employee feature extraction and portal information research are carried out.Finally completing the system design and implementation according to the needs analysis.The process and storage of large data sets is completed by Hadoop and other related technologies.The MapReduce parallel computing framework is used to obtain employee characteristics and a naive bayesian weighted classifier based on MapReduce is established to analyze the behavior of employees online.The online behavior analysis system for employees based on big data analysis,which possess the functions of data preprocessing,employee online feature extraction,employee online behavior classifier and result display of data visualization.Using the system,it has achieved accurate positioning of target users and optimized the layout of portal news columns and news contents,met the needs of enterprises,promoted the further application of the PetroChina Exploration and Production Company,and improved intelligent level of information services of PetroChina Exploration and Production Company.
