Research On The Influence Of Innovation Policy Of G Development District On Science And Technology Innovation Ability

Development is the first priority,talent is the first resource,and innovation is the first motivation.In the context of globalization of economy and science and technology,the important role of innovation ability and competitiveness in the process of economic development has become increasingly prominent.Regional competitive advantage often depends on the region's technological innovation capabilities,and regional innovation policies are an important factor in promoting the promotion of regional technological innovation capabilities.Since its establishment in 1984,G Development District has been carrying the important mission of reform,innovation and open development.It has now developed into a new district integrating industry,innovation,education and life.In 2018 and 2019,G Development District ranked third among the 219national-level development zones nationwide for two consecutive years,and its innovation policy support,technological innovation capability,and fiscal and tax revenue are at the national leading level.Although G Development District has accumulated some advanced experience in the formulation and implementation of innovation policies,with the continuous increase of innovation support in various regions,the competitive advantage of G Development District is gradually decreasing.To maximize the effectiveness of policies and promote the improvement of regional scientific and technological innovation capabilities are the main issues studied in this paper.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the previous research on regional innovation policies and technological innovation capabilities,this paper systematically analyzes the innovation policy system and scientific and technological innovation effectiveness of G Development District through literature research,policy text analysis,comparative research,questionnaire survey and other methods.The innovation policy of the G Development Districtwill elaborate on the impact of the three aspects of the supply and promotion of technological innovation capabilities,environmental protection,and demand pull.At the same time,it analyzes the problems of the supply policy tools overflowing in the G development District innovation policy,the lack of environmental-oriented policy tools,the serious shortage of demand-oriented policy tools,and the inability to implement some policy tools.It also proposes to gather global scientific and technological innovation elements and foster growth Innovative enterprise groups,building high-quality incubator clusters,building an open collaborative innovation ecosystem,optimizing technological innovation service systems,and other aspects of optimizing innovation policies provide references for G development District to enhance regional technological innovation capabilities and regional competitive advantages.
