A Study On The Construction Of Scientific And Technological Innovation Ability In Japan After World War ?

By 2016,Japan has a total of 25 Nobel Prize winners,specially from 2000 to 2016,almost one winner per year.Scholars called it ‘booming development',and all awarded researches are about natural science after 2000.From Wikipedia,the author found that most of the winners finished their Doctor's degree in Japan,even some of these winners completed their researches in Japan.This shows Japanese ability in basic research and innovation of science research.Basically,this thesis uses literature research method,analyzes booming phenomenon,through technology policy and principle for the establishment of Japanese scientific and technical innovation in different economic development stages.This thesis consists of 6 chapters.Chapter 1 introduces background,significance and current status of this thesis.Chapter 2 talks about connotation and research theories,and introduces innovation theory and national innovation theory.Chapter 3 is the evolution of scientific and Japanese technical innovation.Technology and economic development is inseparable,for a better analyzing,author divides Japanese economic development into four periods: economic recovery period,high speed develop period,low speed develop period and the depression period.Also,researches technical innovation with background,input and output of creativity.Chapter 4 analyzes the motivation of Japanese technical creativity.From internal and external aspects,analyzes Japanese economic development,sums up some international events,technology policy and principle.Chapter 5 analyzes the process of Japanese technical innovation mainly through 3 measures.Firstly,technology introduction.Secondly,introducing technology,at the same time,increasing the intensity of self-relying creativity.Thirdly,stepping up to creativity and promoting the combination of industry,official and university due to business conflicts showed up between Japan and America.Chapter 6 forwards 3 enlightenments after summarizing the development of Japanese technical innovation.First of all,increasing spending to basic research.Then,paying high attention to the promotion of patent strategies.Last,attaching importance to the construction of scientific and technical principle.
