With the rapid development of economic globalization,more and more group companies have implemented a financial sharing service model.However,the implementation of financial shared services involves many changes in organizational structure,information technology,business processes,and accounting personnel.This is a long and arduous process full of risks.If the company fails to formulate a reasonable and effective internal control mechanism,it will affect Implementation Effect.In just ten years since the financial sharing service entered Chinese enterprises,it has greatly promoted its development.At present,a large number of scholars have studied the connotation,characteristics,financial personnel transformation,model construction and optimization of financial shared services,and relatively few studies in the field of internal control of financial shared services.This paper analyzes the research status and theory of financial shared service center and internal control based on the five-factor framework of internal control COSO,selects W group's financial shared service center as a case study object,and analyzes the internal of W group's financial shared service center.The status of control and analysis of its problems and causes.The study found that the current problems of the W Group are: limited employee development,high turnover rate,insufficient corporate culture construction;inadequate risk identification and evaluation mechanism,lack of emergency plan system;accounting system control bottlenecks,poor performance evaluation control effect;information Safety management is not in place,the integration of industry and finance is not high;internal audit is not professional,and the internal control supervision and evaluation mechanism is unreasonable.In response to these problems,according to the specific needs and existing conditions of the W Group Financial Sharing Service Center,it is proposed to realize the ability of the post in the internal environment and strengthen the construction of corporate culture;in terms of risk assessment,improve the internal risk assessment mechanism and establish a perfectemergency Pre-plan system;in terms of control activities,establish a reporting credit management system and a performance evaluation indicator system;in terms of information and communication,improve the information security management mechanism and enhance the integration of industry and finance;in terms of internal supervision,improve the internal audit department and improve internal control Supervision and evaluation methods and other optimization suggestions are expected to provide reference value for the Group's financial sharing service center to better play its role,and provide some guidance and reference for related companies that will soon implement the financial sharing service model.
