Research On The Construction Of Internal Control System Of H Company Financial Shared Service Center

The concept of financial sharing has been in development for more than thirty years,the purpose of enterprise groups application financial sharing is mainly to solve the problems of financial staff redundancy,low management efficiency and rising financial costs caused by the continuous expansion of the enterprise.The Ministry of Finance has issued a series of policy opinions,encouraging large enterprise groups to gradually establish a financial sharing center,and to separate the streamlined financial functions to improve the efficiency of financial operations,from accounting to management accounting.After more than ten years of exploration,some enterprise groups in China have established financial sharing service centers,but the construction of internal control of financial sharing centers is lagging behind.Because the risk points caused by process reengineering change,it is indispensable for Chinese enterprises to establish an internal control system for financial sharing centers.This paper takes H company,which has just started in the domestic financial shared service center,as a research case.Based on the internal control status of H company's financial sharing center,the existing problems and the causes of the problems,based on the theory of financial sharing and the theory of internal control,such as scale economy theory,group management theory,process reengineering theory,system theory,cybernetics and information theory.According to the five elements of internal control,the internal control system of H company's financial sharing center is constructed.It is hoped that it can provide some theoretical significance to the financial sharing center of H company,and provide practical significance for the enterprise group that is planning to establish a financial sharing center.
