Since the reform and opening up, the private enterprise with the industrialization, the urbanization process of the rapid development of great-leap-forward development present situation, especially in recent years, the private economy has gradually become the important part of the national economy and become to promote sustainable economic macro fast-growing, powerhouse. But the private enterprise inside and outside DuoZhong reasons such as because facing the predicament of the brain drain. The loss of talent of private enterprises must have an adverse impact, how to solve the brain drain problem into a private enterprise sustainable development face one of the important problems. Talent loss is not only increase the enterprise operating costs, and give the remaining employees caused not estimated negative influence of the key staff turnover high often means the enterprise core competitive ability of disappear. The brain drain problem become human resource managers must face and urgent to solve the problems.For small and medium-sized enterprise for, the introduction of talents talent important, how to play the role of excellent talents and keep the real person with ability is more important. This article chooses the JK company talent loss phenomenon as case, through to further research and analysis to look for JK company talent the reasons for the loss, according to these reasons, discusses the employee of the company keep JK strategy. Hope these strategies to other enterprise employees can be used for reference.In this paper, the private enterprise JK company as an example, this paper expounds the private enterprise to face the brain drain of the present situation, has analyzed the reasons for the loss caused by talent, and at the same time thinking about brain drain of the influence of private enterprises, and in the light of reason the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
