In recent years,the layout of national construction enterprises in Henan Province has caused great pressure on local construction enterprises.Facing the increasingly fierce competition,the construction enterprises in Henan province need to fully tap their potential of various resources,improve the organizational performance of enterprises,in order to win a place in the market competition.In the current economic system of Henan Province,the output value created by the construction industry accounts for an important proportion,which can be said to affect the overall economic development trend of the province to a large extent.Relevant statistics show that the profits created by the construction industry in Henan Province keep a good growth rate every year,and the total amount of tax paid by the construction industry accounts for about 16% of the province,solving the employment problem of 12% in Henan Province.Therefore,the construction industry in Henan Province has an important impact on the economic growth of the whole province,the solution of labor employment,the increase of financial taxes and other aspects.As the most important resource in modern enterprises,human resources play an important role in enterprises.Through combing the research results of related fields at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of this topic is constructed.Then,after the analysis of the current situation of construction enterprises,human resource management and organizational performance in Henan Province,the research hypothesis is put forward.Then using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper makes statistics on the human resource management and performance level of construction enterprises in Henan Province,to explore the relationship between them.According to the obtained data,the final verification of the research hypothesis.The research results show that in the relevant dimensions of human resource management practice,enterprise recruitment has a positive and significant impact on the financial performance,staff learning and innovation,performance evaluation has a positive and significant impact on staff performance and learning and innovation,and the company's compensation and welfare system has a positive and significant impact on financial status and staff performance.Finally,through the analysis of the research results,the paper puts forward suggestions for management and reconstruction of construction enterprises,and analyzes the focus of this subject in the future.
