Business model innovation is the main means for enterprises to cope with the change of environment and maintain sustainable development.More and more enterprises believe that business model innovation can create value for them continuously.With the acceleration of technological change and the increasing complexity of international economic relations,the commercial environment has become more unpredictable and enterprises face more severe challenges.As the implementers of business model innovation,employees' active participation has become the key to the success of business model innovation.More and more scholars and managers have realized the importance of enterprise human resources.It is very important to promote the positive behaviors of employees and guide them to actively participate in business model innovation.Some studies have confirmed that human resource management practice can promote organizational innovation.Based on the existing literature,this study deeply analyzes the impact of human resource management practice and organizational learning on business model innovation.It is expected to enrich the study on human resource management practice and business model innovation,to reveal how to promote business model innovation from the micro level within the organization,and to deepen managers' understanding of business model innovation.This study is mainly based on the two-factor theory,and is mainly from the following aspects to demonstrate and construct theoretical models:(1)the direct influence,interactive influence and influence difference of hygiene human resource management practice and motivation human resource management practice on business model innovation;(2)the mediating role of organizational learning in the relationship between hygiene human resource management practice and business model innovation,and between motivation human resource management practice and business model innovation.This study uses the method of empirical research to test the proposed theoretical hypotheses.After experiencing the process of questionnaire design and pre-survey,the final questionnaire for this study was formed,and a total of 491 valid questionnaires were collected.On the basis of the sample data' good reliability and validity,this study uses a variety of analytical methods to test the research hypothesis.The study shows that:(1)human resource management practice is an important management factor that influence business model innovation;both hygiene human resource management practice and motivation human resource management practice can promote business model innovation,and motivation human resource management practice has the stronger promoting effect on business model innovation,and there is significant interaction between hygiene human resource management practice and motivation human resource management practice on business model innovation;(2)organizational learning plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the two types of human resource management practice and business model innovation.
