With the development of the economic globalization,enterprises are facing more and more market opportunities,and they also have to deal with the increasing market competition.If the enterprises want to maintain the existing competitive they had achieved in the market,they must improve their organizational flexibility to adapt the changing market environment.For China's economic structure and industrial structure is transforming and upgrading,it had changed the way how the enterprises to get labor force,it also changed their way of employment and employment structure.Most of enterprises by changing the way to obtain labor to adapt the transforming and upgrading of the economic structure and industrial structure.Enterprises through the outsourcing,temporary employment,dispatch and other non-standard employment methods to improve the flexibility of the organization's human resource management and reduce the costs on human resource management.What more,facing the changing market competition,how to improve the organizational performance through the reasonable human resource management practice,how to improve the internal labor relations atmosphere,so that it can improve staff performance and organization performance,had became the important problems faced by enterprises.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among human resource management practice,labor relationship atmosphere and organizational performance under the multiple employment situations.In this study,we had collected about 286 questionnaires,and then analyzed the data by using the statistical methods such as variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and moderator analysis.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between the human resource management practice and organizational performance;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the human resource management practice and labor relations atmosphere;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the labor relations atmosphere and organizational performance;(4)Labor relations atmosphere has a mediation effect between the human resource management practice and organization;(5)Multiple employment has a moderator effect between the human resources management practice and organizational performance.Finally,in this study,we also put forward some suggestions on how to implement reasonable human resource management practice to improve the working atmosphere in the enterprise,so that we can improve the organizational performance of the enterprises.
