As a national strategic industry,the tourism industry is in the golden development period.Tourism accommodation consumption is an important part of tourism consumption.As one of the three pillars of tourism industry,hotel industry has an indelible contribution to China's tourism industry.At the same time,we have to pay attention to a real situation: the staff turnover rate in the hotel industry is high,and the flow of talents is frequent.Hotel industry is a typical labor-intensive industry.The competition of hotel industry mainly focuses on the competition of staff resources,especially the occupation of human resources.Therefore,talents gradually become the key factor for the sustainable development of hotel industry.Therefore,under the modern enterprise management,it is very important to activate the existing talents,implement the talent management strategy and reduce the brain drain.Proper talent flow is the normal of enterprises.When the turnover rate is always higher than that of peers and the market,enterprises should pay attention to it.At present,most of the enterprises are limited to the analysis and feedback of the reasons for the turnover,and have not implemented the relevant measures to understand employee satisfaction and consider from the direction of operating costs.Chain hotels are located in all parts of the country.In order to meet the company's development requirements,it is the industry's characteristic to stay in other places all the year round.Due to the strong development of the market and tourism industry,the company's human resources still have some adverse factors,such as insufficient attention of expatriates,higher liquidity than competitive enterprises in the same industry,and lack of support from investors,which seriously affect the stable development of human resources of the hotel management company,thus affecting the company's revenue and brand development.How to improve employee satisfaction in the current situation and establish a stable talent echelon is the key problem Z hotel management company must solve at this stage.Based on the latest theoretical research and successful practice,this paper analyzes the internal and external reasons of Z hotel management company's staff turnover,designs a satisfaction questionnaire for the current company's staff situation,and proposes the impact of staff turnover on the enterprise and corresponding methods in combination with the actual situation of the industry and the enterprise;From the aspects of job satisfaction,organizational commitment,job seeking behavior and retention intention,this paper analyzes the reasons for employees' resignation,and puts forward improvement measures from employee care,corporate culture,training and promotion,so as to improve employeesatisfaction,reduce the loss of core talents and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.For Z hotel management company,with the continuous expansion of the company's scale and the continuous improvement of the service quality requirements,how to retain excellent management talents is of great significance to the future development of the company.At present,research on the significant problems of a single brand not only improves the personal problems of the brand,but also enables the group of Z hotel management company and its related brand enterprises to use for reference through this research.
